Returns

We do not offer returns or have the ability to 'cancel' an order once it has been placed. We are happy to offer online store credit if the item is not used and is in its original package except the following items. Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the item.

*14K Gold Pieces and leather bags (Handbag, Tote and Crossbody) are not eligible for return or exchange

*Also Kindly note that we can not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing for the ring

*Custom orders, discounted and sale items are final sale

*It is required that you track all shipments and package your return securely. We are not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Customer is to pay return shipping 

 

Delivery

Most of our pieces are made to order handmade therefore please allow a 3-10 days window for your delivery. If the order is a gift and need to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us info@864design.com

8.6.4 is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

 

Lost Packages

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We can not be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
